Can I upgrade or change my plan mid-term?

Yes. You can change your plan during your current term. Contact support and we’ll help you with the available options.

What happens at the end of my plan? Does it auto-renew?

Your plan does not automatically renew. When your subscription period ends, you can choose whether you want to purchase another plan.

How does the 7-day refund actually work?

The 7-day refund window gives you the opportunity to request a refund if the service isn't right for you. Contact support within the eligible period and they’ll guide you through the process.

If I take the 12-month plan and cancel at month 6, do I get half back?

The annual plan is purchased as a full subscription term. Cancelling partway through the term does not automatically mean that the unused months are refunded.

Can I use one account for the whole family?

Do I lose access to my home country's channels when I travel?
