Refund Method

Free Trials and Promotional Offers
Free Trial Period
If we offer a free trial period, you will not be charged during the trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without incurring charges. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.
Promotional Pricing
Special promotional rates or discounted subscriptions are subject to the same refund policy as standard subscriptions. Refunds for promotional subscriptions will be issued at the promotional rate paid, not the regular subscription price.
Recurring Billing and Cancellations
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to the Services until that date.
Important: Canceling your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You will have access to the Services through the end of your paid subscription period.
How to Cancel

Chargebacks and Disputes

- Report the chargeback as fraudulent activity
