After the initial seven-day period ends, your payment becomes final. We do not issue partial refunds for unused days if you decide to cancel your plan early. For example, if you purchase a 12-month plan and cancel in month four, you will retain access to the service until the end of your 12-month billing cycle, but you will not receive a refund for the remaining eight months.
